★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My weight was 97 since last 10 years.mam and working in the same college.Month of March we are discussing about the health and weight.Then mam told me about the diet and plan.Tplan.Then I have started Mam's diet.In one month I have lost 4 kg.I was so happy.Now I have almost 14 kg.I am very happy. Also I have boost my confidence .Also I have problems in toes .I don't have pain in my toes.also my toes are clear.I feel fresh whole day.I was dining so much work in the past but I always feel tired because of my weight.But now I am doing more work than previous and I am fresh whole day.Tday.This is beauty of diet.
Mam is taking so much efforts for making the diet plan and she is giving kit also which very very fast.so we don't feel that we are on diet.Idiet.Its health also.For All working women it is difficult to manage everything,but it is possible only if have health,this what I realise today.
My BP was very high .now it's normal.after achievement of this my husband also started the same He also loosed 13 kg in just three months.
