★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Dr keta Shah since 2 years..she was my dietician and pregnancy fitness trainer during my pregnancy..and later my dietician to shed those extra kgs put on..before meeting her it was not even possible for me to think about dieting as I am very foodie..but after visiting her i have lost 6 kgs very easily with help of her diet chart.. thank you so much for this Ma'am ..I feel so good about myself.
Also I will recommend her to all those reading this review as she will actually guide you for proper eating without sacrificing taste buds??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I'm Avani Reshamwala, motherhood is blessing for every woman. But with motherhood my weight put on so much. Then I decided to meet dr. Keta shah for my post pregnancy weight gain. She is such a nice , humble and motivational person. When I first meet her I'm at 74.8 kg and now it's almost 3 months and I'm at 64.4 kg which is almost 10 kg. Even in lockdown period she guided in such a nice way the things available in my home and during that period i also lose my weight. Now m happy with my weight. Thank you for your guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr keta has been very smooth and comforting. I was suffering from a stomach ulcer and acidity since a very long time. I was in deep pain and medication wasn’t really helping till I came across Keta. With her guidance and diet I was able to feel the difference and less pain within 2 weeks. The diet she provided was very easy to follow and gradually became a part of my regime. Post 3 months of my time with her I can now say I’m completely recovered and it was all because of the list of do’s and don’t and her diet.
Also I want to add she’s answered my 100 doubts every time I’ve messaged her instantly.
