I am from Australia and it's very hard to get time for gym from my job.and on top of that I eat outside food once a week as well.main part about this diet is its not only reduce my weight but boosted my energy as well.Thank you very much.

I am 18 yrs old and my ideal weight is 50 to 55 but I am In underweight than I join eat right with roomani mam she gives me a balanced diet charts in week and get daily updates from me I was join one month ago my weight is 43.9 and it is in progress and my routine is also balanced.
