I'm 24 years old and like many women in India, I am also having menstrual cycle problems and overweight issue. I consulted a gynecologist last year to sort my issues. But there were no conclusive results. I was not having PCOD but I did have symptoms of PCOS present clinically. So gynac gave me medication, which resulted in me gaining 10 kg in one year. When it comes to weight loss, everyone is looking for shortcuts and so did I. I started searching on google and you-tube. There are many videos, tricks and solutions available, as also there are many so-called superfoods available in the market. I brought a subscription from some app. But none of them worked for me. One day, I came to know about Snehal Malaviya. I was impressed with the results that were came for her other clients. So I decided to give it a try and I approached her for consultation. After having a detailed conversation about my food habits and other habits and the problems I was facing, she gave me a plan that was very easy for me to follow. As everyone knows, losing weight is around 80% diet and 20% exercise, at the recommendation of Snehal, I also did yoga and some weight training exercises with the diet to get better results. With Snehal's diet, I lost 1kg in first 5 days itself. I was impressed. In the last 3 months, I have lost 10 kg. In between, I did stop dieting for a while and then I started again. In the entire process, I did not only loose weight, but my hair growth and length also increased, my skin became better. Although the journey of weight loss takes a long time because our body has one mechanism called adaption and my body adapts easily and shortly so we need to change things and habits over a period of time.I can now feel a different rejuvinated myself, which is much more positive and healthier than the before me. All thanks to Snehal. All from my journey, I have learnt that "Shortcuts cause side effects" and if you want to lose weight, you should do it the right way, which also involves changing your lifestyle entirely. Like many other girls out there, I am also the one who would like to be slim and pretty. But my PCOD problem was not allowing me to be one. I am 23 years old, having a problem of PCOD like most of the other ladies out there. I tried almost everything from consulation of gynecologist to exercise but end result was very disappointing. Before 2 years when I went to gynecologist and started to take medication I lost almost 16 kg just in 3 months and also I felt that my PCOD problem was resolved but actually the problem had not resolved. As soon as I stopped taking medication suddenly I started to gain my weight back. The process was so frustrating that I dropped the idea of losing weight. Luckily, I got introduced to dietitian Snehal Malaviya through one of my friends. Let me confess that I have had dilemma about it, whether to customize my diet plan or not. But today after 1 1/2 months I can proudly say that it was one of my best decision to consult her. She deeply studied my case and prepared a diet plan for me. She gave me a diet plan and suggested exercises that were easily doable from home. Even I cheated on my diet for 3/4 days during the festive season and skipped my yoga/exercise many times but I was able to loose around 5 kg in one and half month. I am only following my diet and doing some yoga/exercise at home. No medication, no starving, yet the result is amazing. I started to feel good about myself. It was a new me that was taking birth with being fully energized and seeing a massive improvement in my skin/hair qualities. I started enjoying the process. Throughout my this weight loss journey Snehal Malaviya supported me a lot in keeping me motivated. She has made me realised that weight loss journey can't be rapid like a metro train but It requires lots of patience. Weight loss is not at all about to loose your weight as fast as you can, it's all about to maintaining nutritional elements in your meal as well focusing on eating healthy food. Throughout my journey personally, I realised that dieting is not at all about starving your self. Instead of it is all about eating healthy food in order to delete unhealthy weight. Indeed, I will have to go so far in my weight loss journey and after my one and half month's result, I am too much excited to reach my destination weight loss goal. My words are not sufficient to express my gratitude towards Snehal Malaviya, at last, but not least I am so much thankful to her.

I have been working with snehal Malviya to gain my weight. She is a good dietitian and also a good friend of mine. Snehal has truly improved my lifestyle. There are so many time that I have tried and failed continuosly to gain weight. But it was not possible for me to do it without a guide. She was the perfect guide to me who kept me motivated & helped me to think straight forward & not break my diet. I never really had any problem of being underweight but I wanted to start eating healthy for a better lifestyle. After coming to you I was able to do so with not much of efforts but only by changing a very little things in my daily food intake. I am very greatful to you.
