My name is Priya and I am from London, I started my weight loss journey in October and I started with 50 kg weight and have loss 3 kg in 3 months. I used to crave for chocolate a lot but with a diet i stoped craving for it. The diet helped me a lot. It has been a blessing in disguise.... Have been using Abarna's diet plan for around 5 months and I have lost 17 kgs. It has been a tremendous transformation in me.... Thank you Abarna for helping me during my weight loss journey. My physical activities were zero after my ACl tear and I gained some weight due to that. With the diet plan and constant motivation I was able to loose that excess weight in a couple of months. Diet plan was very simple using day today food we consume in our households but in proper proportions. Why we are consuming which thing really help in understand the food science and include healthy food habits in my day to day life.
