It is about 15 min distance from Arambag town.
Actually Dighi means Lake. A big lake is there which is known as "Raja Ranjit Roy's Dighi" and it is famous for its mythological incident which is true. There is a temple of Maa Durga also which is very devotional.
Every year in the spring( in Choitra month as per bengali calendar) a fair is held around this lake.
Apart from this place is also famous for its a beautiful natural beauty. It's a very photogenic zone also.
So, new people or the visitors should visit this place once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and beautiful place for all you must visit here you feel really very good. A big pond there and it has a wonderful history about god. Many peoples become cure from there illness here. You can travel sorounding large area with no hazitation. Mela festival situated in this place at the time of Bengali calendar month of Chaitra. Thank you so much.
