As I always had a great experience with service,products and price I had adviced my friend Vikas to vist the Boisar store as was looking to gift his daughter 4 products worth Rs. 1 lakh. He was so happy with the deal he received also the way he was handled personally by Mr. Manoj Prajapati. He felt very pleasant and all my best wishes to Digi1. The staff is so irresponsible and dont have courtesy to inform customer that they are delivering an damage product. I have purchased 90% of electrical appliances from Digi1 but still your staff is behaving so unprofessional. If you guys are not able to deliver an fresh product then why you guys are displaying it in your showroom. Unexpected response from your staff after an rigourous follow up. I had an worst experience with Digi1 and expect that you guys will train your staff to be professional. Based on my experience i wont suggest Digi1 to anyone. Kindly improve your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Don't buy from this store. Employees are so lier Before purchasing of AC i have ask them, installation must be done tomorrow they said yes it will be done..
Once I make the payment they start saying we have busy schedule installation will be done after 2 days. After 2 days also they don't answer the call.
