I bought an LG washing machine from DIGI1 and the rat mesh was missing.when i asked for the rat mesh they asked me to wait for the company approval.
I took follow ups for 6 months but got the worst response from the staff.
After spending so much of time i got a revert from Sunil telling 'we cannot provide you any rat mesh, you need to buy it on your own.'
Extremely lethargic staff, especially Deepak and Sunil.They dont have sense of talking to customers especially with the ladies. Cannot provide proper services to customers.
Please don't go with DIGI1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced bad experience with Digi1. No one is taking responsibility (neither from Showroom nor Service center) to keep customer updated. I bought a washing machine from Digi1, Kharadi showroom and I was only doing followup follow-up and asking service center to install the machine and for demo. However after calling more than 10-15 times, nobody came throughout day for service. I was just getting false commitment from showroom that the guy will come but when he even wasn't aware. I have spoiled my whole day to wait for person to revert. No body bother to take an ownership to update me. Another bad experience was with the delivery body who was demanding for tip for Machine delivery.
I am planning to buy TV next week, but due to this bad experience was not take risk to visit here..... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.... Bought Samsung Fridge and Microwave and was promised delivery in 2-3 days it's been 6 days and not received any update on it. Spoke to the store twice and they just kept delaying. Now they are either not picking up the phone or providing false reasons.
Paid upfront now doing followups.

I've purchased AC for which they told, 1500 cashback and interest will be refund in 3 month if purchasing on 6 month EMI.
That was a offer that time.
From then, we are following with them many times.now already completed 6 months. And we didn't receive any cashback or interest got refunded.
Now they are saying your emi is converted to brand emi and you will not get anything.
The employee who did this is left the shop we can't do anything.
They are totally did fraud to us. And at the end nothing get payed.
So please be aware from this store..
