★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avoid at all cost. tried and tested. every week a new issue. you will be tired complaining and listening to their assurance that it won't happen again. right when you have some important work you would find net is not working. the most undependable service. outage are too frequent. not worth.

They have stopped picking phones of their customers as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service they will call you 10 times to collect the dues before but when I need them the most internet is not working they will never pick up your calls even though you have already paid in advance despite the fact they will never come to fix the internet please do not take any plans with them I would not recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know some people have faced issues with Customer Service with Digital Bharat broadband.
Fortunately, I've not been a victim in such kind of feuds. Though, their plans are expensive than excitel but their speeds are regular, very less downtime (that too only after midnight, once or twice a month).
And whenever I have a problem, It is resolved in few hours. If it's a major problem like stripped/broken wires. For me, they repaired it on the very same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have more customers than theor infra can handle. THey have only 1 number for complaints and that too they will not pick.
If you call repeatedly, they block your number and pick the calls from unknowne numbers.
I had only single fiber network provider in my area currently so this was only option.
Network quality is very good though. But sometimes when it drops, no one responds.
