So we happened to take their service for UI and UX of an app via a freelancing website. Our requirement was for UI and UX for the app in react native. Me and Digital Vichar both had agreed for one amount , lets say Rs. 10k for both UI and UX. The timeline suggested by Kuldeep( from digital vichar) was 15 days ( mind it, it was by him, not by us). He started good with UX screens and used to interact and send the completed screens daily. To our surprise, his team took 12 days in completing just the UX screens designs. -_- This itself disturbed all our future timelines. After that he started responding after long long intervals, giving reasons of 'Too busy, call tomorrow' or 'i am outside, call tomorrow' etc. I already became skeptical about his further work till then. So finally when i started questioning him about where is the coding part ( UI was to be done in React Native) , he started telling the truth that he doesnt have any react native coder and he just said a lie before finalizing the contract and thought that he will learn on the go. Also , with no shame at that moment, he told us to increase the money and increase timeline to 15 more days, he will give it to someone else outside. such people are totally unprofessional. Dont know how they are surviving with such attitude towards client. In our case, this is the review summary of Kuldeep and his Digital vichar technology: 1.Assigned work not done. Now to defend himself,he will give random explanation now that ' i atleast did UX for you etc' , but just a reminder for him, we hired you for UX and UI , there's no halfway Mr. 2.Timeline not met. 3.Bluffed the client even though the company didnt have required talent ( react native developers) to work upon. 4.in the end asking for Increase money and extend dates ( most unethical and irresponsible thing that anyone can do. IF you felt budget was less, you could have rejected before hand only. Having taken the contract on the basis of bluff, not completing the work in the self-proposed timeline of 15 days shows how unprofessional and unethical it is) Happy new year all!
