I have shifted my households items from Bhopal to Bangalore (GC NO 4598536) by insuring the items directly with the company, paying full amount. While transporting, they shifted the household items to another vehicle, resulting damage, which was settled at a cost of Rs. 7500/- . They agreed to pay this amount in the month of August 2018, but it is still pending. The claim department DRS/Agrawal Packers is not giving adequate improtance even after repeated reminders and calls. It is almost 8 months now, all the efforts are in vain.
It is advised to clients to be extra careful with DRS/Agrawal Packers, while transporting the household items. Even if you are transporting the household items, do not pay the full amount at the time of loading.

This transporter is not deserve to have a single star, it is a loss deal that i made by choosing Agarwal and i was cheated. They simply collect money in advance and will not bother about your goods. it took 10 days to transport my household goods from Bangalore to Vijayawada, every article was broken. especially my smart TV-Display gone, washing machine- backside broken, Crockery items, mattress-spoiled and cot got damaged. I have insured my goods, it was estimated at Rs.60,000(for Rs.400000 worth goods)that insurance is also not from authorized insurance company, they say it is their own insurance. their transportation mode is very bad, no care for your items. key is they will not sing the consignment directly, when you get the insurance and consignment form, there will be another name on it which is their alliance company front ending Agarwal Packers Brand , this is to escape from claims and any issue. GC.No i got was 4576863. you can see the condition of my goods after delivery from the below posted pics. till date no response from the transporter on the insurance claim, i have sent e-mails and 100s of phone call were made. . Please DO NOT GET CHEATED.
