★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointing experience. We received a Santro while tour was booked with a Swift Desire. Travel agent kept us in dark and kept fooling us that they will change our car but did not. We booked a tour for three nights and most of the time we spent in traveling because travel agent Mr Dilip planned our honeymoon trip in such a way that first we went from nanitaal to kasauni then very next day kasauni to jaspur. This became very hectic for us due to very long distance. Travel agent should tell customers about such things which can be inconvenient for travelers. We will not book by travel agents from now on.
