★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a better organization for a fresher, Lots of work burden, Less pay, Not paying genuine pay as per their efforts. Poor management, doesn't listen to employees. They remove the fresher within a week without any reason, saying you are not performing good. They are giving offer letter at time of resignation. Even not a better infrastructure provided to the employees. Team leader is behaving like they are the boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimentics is a kind of organisation which follows their duties very passionately, and regularly. They provide employees to be their own boss. The whole staff is just a message or call away to solve your queries and questions. Work timings are very flexible. Payments are always on time.
Overall it was really a great 2.5 months experience to be associated with such an organisation. I have learned a lot.
Looking forward to work again with Dimentics in future.
