Referring to the review of Nelay Arun.... Representative of Dimex - Mr. Navneet met Mr. Nelay Arun and paid him 8465 Rupees .. I don't know why is he writing an inappropriate & exaggerated review again. He himself had never paid 100% of the contract The contract was 39184 rupees of which he has paid only 31240 rupees , That part he has hidden in his review His following signed statement says everything. Dimex India accepts the order and collects advance but do not excute the order timely. They do not inform delays. Response awfully poor. We have paid advance 6 weeks back. Work was to be completed in 4 weeks. Material has been received but installation team yet to come. Today, they informed their offices have been raided.

Revised review- Mr Omkar Ahluwalia called up last week and said he was sorry for the experience that I had. After some back and forth, he offered a compensation of Rs 8,465 (against the total project of about Rs 32,000) for the hole in the window. He also said that Mr Uttam Sharma has been fired. I hope the same treatment is meted out to Atul Singh as well. So I take my complaint back. I appreciate the gesture of reaching out to me, even though it's because of this Google review. Further revision, in response to the claim of Dimex representative Peyus Upadhyaya that the whole amount was not paid, please see the chat with Atul Singh in the screenshot attached. The total amount agreed was 31,240 of which 10,000 was paid as advance and remaining by bank transfer. I leave it to your judgment to decide whether or not to deal with this company now. While dealing with any vendor, I would strongly advise everyone to take all the commitments in writing (including the brand of glass, the installation timeline, cartage and the warranty) rather than relying on any oral commitments. Also, avoid making 100% advance payments. Old review- COMPLETE FRAUDS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, The worst dealer I've ever dealt with. They promised Saint Gobain toughened glass and instead installed some brand called Sheesh Mahal. I had to chase them by calling more than 200 times to get my windows installled. The owner Omkar Ahluwalia might talk smoothly but doesn't care once you have made the payment. I ended up paying for a higher model and they delivered an inferior model saying that if I want the model of windows I paid for, I'll have to wait even more. They essentially blackmailed me into getting the lower model. Even the other workers- Atul Singh and Operation manager Uttam Sharma are useless. I wasted so many days when they said that the delivery guys are on their way and then no one would turn up. Ultimately, the window installed had a big hole because of the error by the installation guy. They refused to replace that and said we won't do anything.

I would not even like to give them single star , there installation and after sales services and product quality all are bad. The owner ' Aluwalia' is a fraud..he talks in a very professional and polished way but is a big fraud ..minting money..I have bought dimex widows / upvc doors 2 years back and they have given me some pego brand handles instead of dimex and also instead of promised saint gobin glasses they installed some Sheesh Mahal glasses ..after lot of follow up nothing changed... Very recently my door was giving some problem and I asked for technician visit and repair on 5th Aug'20 but there has been no response yet...they promised me that guy is busy and they can only send after few days but no revert till now..as on 16th August. Extremely pathetic. Fraud alert ..do not buy dimex 22 aug- problem stands still open. After ready my review Mr Aluwalia' called pretending to be unaware of my suffering and next day his service man called saying I am being forced to visit your place...to which I called mr shambu (the manager ) requesting him to send person on Saturday (today) as could attend due to regular visit. After two reminders to mr shambu..nothing materialised and service guy never turned. Mr. Aluwalia' - care to solve ?

I would never call this place again. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and mannerless. As he said, β€œIf you want me to say this bluntly”, stop working if customer issues are petty issues for you. Customers make you, you don’t make customers. If this is how you treat customers then all the best for the day you lose your last customer to better service. I would never recommend this place to anyone as we are paying for a service and if you can’t respect that, well that’s your problem as we will gladly give business to another vendor. Truly pathetic place so please do not waste your time calling these guys.

Dont ever give advance to Aloowalia .. Once you pay money he wont even pick your calls and will be rude when you reach in person. Our housing society have banned the entry of their workers and have also informed all residents about their poor customer service. Its been 3 months and still our windows are not properly installed.
