The owner is very courteous and helpful. She guides my wife in selecting what treatment would be good for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years but my last experience was a DISASTER. I spent 1600 on facial which they did it under 15 minutes and said won't be steaming as there is no electricity. Later I asked her to deduct the steaming charge from the facial cost, she said the electricity came back. Later, I did an upper lip waxing, the lady burnt my upper lip and right now its a black patch. I went to complain t the owner today and she dismissed it saying these things happen. This is utmost negligence and irresponsibility. Never recommending this to anyone. Pathetic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking 400 Rs extra for hair wash prior to hair cut compulsory , even if you've just washed your hair . Further on refusing hair wash the staff kept nagging and annoying for 1/2 hour, making snide remarks and indecent face expressions just because we told them to do hair cut directly. Hair cut was average but nobody should be forced to pay double amount for hair wash when it's not what they want. Hair cut and hair wash are two separate services and making them compulsory for customers only discourages them from visiting the salon further.
