★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many may be shocked to see this review of mine, but my real experience is difficult but true. Here I am sharing a few of my reality experiences.
The first day I went to refill my laser printer cartridge for ink and the shopkeeper promised to refill it the next morning and deliver it to me. But even though I arrived on time as usual, my cartridge was not refilled and I had to wait for about 1 hour.
The second day I go to the store to buy a new cartridge for my printer and bring a certain model cartridge. But when I reached home, I saw that the seal of the cartridge was open and the packet was filled with cartridge of other model of the company instead of the specified cartridge. When I arrived at the store with the cartridge, the shopkeeper denied it. After much arguing, the shopkeeper agreed to give me a new cartridge of a certain model, but demanded an additional 150 rupees.
On the third day, I went to the store to buy a laptop from an HP company and when I asked for the price and configuration of some laptops, he did not say so and said the model number of the laptop and asked to see the details online. He used to say a lot of irrelevant things which cannot be expressed here. My only question as a human being is, can such behavior be expected from a decent shopkeeper?
