★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting agency, irritating and irresponsible people. They are literally doing scam. Taking advance payment and before week's time cancels entire tour. You loose money in cancellation of train and flight tickets and the tour agency does not show any concern for it.
I would recommend never to go on your holidays with this travel agency. You will fed up of complaining about problems and they will never resolve it and answer logically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience with the tour organiser. Taking bookings in advance and cancels it a day before the date of tour. No sense of talking and is not capable of taking responsibility of the tour organised by him. There are much much better tour operators in Surat, go for them but not this.
We booked 4 tickets in February for the North East tour which was scheduled for 11th May onwards. He calls up on 8th May and cancels the tour with no genuine reason of cancellation. The behavior of tour organizer is the most ugliest part. Showing around the legacy of tour business and power of money.
Warning: Don't waste your hardly earned money and time for this tour operator.
