Before coming all the way from Gurugram I would just like to check if the perfume that I'm planning to buy is available or not or else it will be waste of travel ! But no one is answering the landline. Very Dissapointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing visit to the store. There were barely any sizes available in all the footwear. And strangely they dont have any half sizes here, which I am sure dior makes and is available rest everywhere else in the world. And starting size is 36 here, which is again very strange considering starting size is 35 for dior ! I could not even get to try my size, let alone buying the heels! And they had no clue of when the stock is coming in. I have experienced this same thing twice , which forced me to leave this review !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discriminatory sales staff. Found them judging walk in by dress and preferential towards a class of walk in they perceive will purchase. The staff made a complete fool of themselves when the walk in they perceived would purchase walked out without any purchase. The staff needs a lot of training on sales and guest services. The merchandise clearly not as per a luxury brand standards. Better to walk in the Collective at Ambience Mall, more variety much richer experience.

As long as I was a cashier my manager had no problem with me and as soon as I got promoted he started humiliating and torturing me mentally because he couldn't digest my promotion. He planned a conspiracy and he fired me within 45 days for no reason. They don't care for their juniors. They have bad attitude and same they do for their clients and customers. They make joke about their own clients and customers behind the door. They are hooligans who don't care about you but care about your money and try to pull money out of your pocket. I appeal to people to boycott Dior Emporio New Delhi. Boycott it now.
