Peaceful location with all amenities..

Pros:
work for ECC Metro station in sector 25 just 400 meters from here.
work for exhibition ground & convention by L&T Constructions who have contract for 2800 crores with completion deadline of December 2019.
Cons:
No nearby market as of now
Sec 28 is flooded with Ware houses, which doesn't give a residential feeling
IGI is nearby so planes landed right over from the sector, which can cause a huge problem if you are intolerant to noise.
