★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand the state Govt in Himachal Pradesh has not established Gau Shala in the state. Cows and bulls continue to be neglected. They are physically harmed by people whenever they intrude in their fields. Bulls are the most to suffer.
I request the Govt to something in this regard.
