โ โ โ โ โ Delhi Civil Defense (DCD) is a great effort to help Delhi public on affordable prices. It is not means that it will be count only payable charges to Civil Defense volunteers. Public is happy with their services on the DTC buses, Delhi Metro and Hospitals.
They are everywhere and serving with their most efforts. They should be awarded by something to encourage their services.
As the other services, civil defense volunteers come to different categories and seem to ignore their services as other law & order officials.
All places services of Civil defense personals are satisfactory except DTC Buses. Often most of Volunteers involves with conductors works like they are hired for their assistance only. In the DTC Buses, most of the civil defense staff don't care any personal (Passenger) help.
Instead of this conductors do not serve their duties to public. Today's, Delhi Government guidelines, only seating passengers are allowed to board in the buses. These passengers could be a senior citizen or physically challenged persons but the bus conductor do not efforts to distribute the tickets to passengers even physically challenged persons.
40 out of 15 passengers take tickets from the DTC applications and some have DTC passes. But the bus conductors do not go to passengers for tickets and just ask from the seating their.
Delhi Metro is a ticket vending free platform, where a revelers can get their tickets anywhere but the DTC buses are going their traditional form.
Also today, Most of the DTC buses cannot be explained by authorities. Why does the charged be different for same distance.
Delhi Government needs to look after these wrongdoing for the public convenience.
