★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be one of the best and reliable tour operators. It takes time to build a goodwill but it doesn't take much time to ruin it. Their pricing has increased over time and almost at par with other frontline operators. However their service has deteriorated a lot. Specially due to the incapable tour managers.
Our recent tour to Kashmir was a pathetic experience due to the disorganized and highly disoriented managers. They didn't maintain any time and was deviating from the scheduled plan now and then. They didn't cover all the local sightseeing places. They didn't even inform about Gulmarg Gondola ride online tickets or Online Yatra Parchi at Katra.
There were two managers but there was zero co-ordination between them and they seemed clueless about the vital information about the places which resulted in stress and harassment for the families.
The food quality was too poor and we fell sick. So during last few days we had arranged for our own food.
The only good thing they did was celebrating our daughter's birthday on the day of return with a nicely decorated cake and candles. This was the saving grace. Other than this there were nothing much on the positive side. It was really disheartening to see how a good tour operator going down in service with time.
