Zero regret. It's been 6 months here and we could not find a single flaw.What they promised,they delivered .The sales team is amazing (Abdul).They don't give any hype.They simply put forward the facts and leave the decision on us to take the final call.The top management is very responsive. The amenities, open space,construction quality are on par with elite buildings.

We are glad to have bought an apartment from Disha and very satisfied about their quality of work. Employees at Disha were very responsive and friendly during all our visits and took care of our needs. They accompanied us during apartment registration as well. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. We met Abdul, the sales manager at Disha Courtyard, during our apartment search. Right from the beginning he showed keen interest in showing us the apartments and explaining the amenities available. It was clear that he showed great care in getting the best apartment for us according to our liking. We felt that he was reasonable during our negotiation process as well. During the whole process from apartment search till our occupation, he has been responsive immediately for any of our queries. Overall he is a very approachable person who strikes a friendly cord with customers and keeps their best interest in mind and acts accordingly and also a good person. We highly recommend Abdul and wish him the best in all his future endeavours. Thank you Abdul :)

I am posting this review as a proud owner. The best property in the price range i would say. The amenities provided are not less than any A Grade builders. The property was handed to us on time inspite of Covid situation. Good percentage of open space for walk , visitor parking space , Footsal/Cricket/Badminton/Basketball/Beach Vollyball court , Indoor Game room , swimming pool , large kids play area , ample of place to sit outside in evening are some of the amenities that are provided.

Nice Projects with superb amenities. We are glad that we have purchased a flat here. Even though in the tough Covid-19 situation Disha has delivered the flat on time with no compromise on quality. Even amenities are being developed on time. Sales team (Abdul & team) has made my buying experience awesome and have make sure there were no challenges. Engineering team (Subbu & other team members) available at site are very responsive, if you face any issues while moving in to the flat ,they make sure that Issues are resolved ASAP. Overall experience from buying the flat till the time we moved in it was awesome. A Property we should consider!!!!!

Booked a flat here 2 years ago when it was still under construction stage. The sales team (Abdul) was quite amazing. He explained everything, there is a lot of transparency. The amenities which were promised everything is delivered before time that too during the pandemic. One thing which stands out personally for me is the amount of open space. Happy to be part of Disha family

The society is really nice to live in with most facilities and the builder being very cooperative. The greenery, the open area and fountains make the place very beautiful. Everything is good inside the building. The absolute worst part about staying here is the amount of noise pollution - can hear loud music or people screaming on loudspeakers all day long almost and late nights too - be it 12 am or 5 am or 10 am. It's an almost everyday affair. In addition, the approach road is in village-sort of area and has a large open graveyard nearby which makes it scary to travel along from a safety point of view.

Do not buy from flat owner 313/307 who will ask for cash money. He will ask for cash when you are about to do agreement. We were saved from a big trap and fraud. He will ask for cash after you paid some money. And then you don't have any option because you would like to save the booking amount which is already paid. We were able to cancel our booking by god's grace. Now they have increased their price way too high. So soon as they get a new buyer who is paying more they will either ask to pay extra cash OR cancel your booking for sure. His agents will commit everything at the time of booking but later the owner will deny everything after booking. Big trap. My suggestion. Don't buy... Rest is up to you.... ?
