Cash counter lady is talking with her boyfriend 24h via phone and not listening to patients.
And those who are sitting outside chambers were very casual, they didn't even bother is is coming who is going.
Disha management look into your staffs or this branch will no longer operational in near future.

Facilitywise in my view it has excellent service facility with almost all type of modern equipment for eye care at a very moderate rate.
Very neat and clean and having good behavior &well trained by staff and helping attitude.
Huge number of Eye specialist /Doctors available for attending critical cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Disha Eye Hospital Barasat today for my yearly power check-up. The receptionists and optometrists have very bad behaviour
Moreover, the optometrist is not at all attentive and dedicative and are inefficient.
The optometrist who checked my power does not have any dedication. He is not even bothered to check the power properly. He just gave one glass and asked if I can read the letters on the screen. I was able to read those letters but they were not absolutely clear. He did not give proper attention to my words and gave me a power which was not accurate.
The receptionists of counter 2 are so impolite and of rude behaviour and has much misconduct among them. They gave such a bad service that I was really harrassed.
I think it will be good if the management looks after these matters carefully so that common people will not have to waste their time and money and even get harrassed unnecessarily and will get the best service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the brand Disha for eye treatment is good but need to maintain the small things to maintain the legacy like there is no drinking water facility (water dispenser not working as per staffs) bathroom need to maintain it's damaged ,WC seat is missing lol can't expect this from Disha hospital. Much needed surprise audit from the respective auditor about the services and cleanliness.
