and inefficient ..not at all professional ....specially the lady who sits before room number 2 and another lady who does the primary eye check with machine..before room 1 ...worthless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs Tanima Biswas booked a consultation with Dr Champakoli Biswas on 10/11/21. Mrs Tanima is suffering with an irritation of her both eyes followed by watering,redness and puffiness intermittently since long Unfortunately after repeated queries Dr Biswas can not able to reply back rather put some do's and don't. I found that in her prescription no diagnosis has been mentioned. My question how a prescription without any provisional / final diagnosis can be a valid prescription.!!!!???No clear instructions on her previous medication has been properly inadvisable to her. Unexpected !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disha Eye Hospital, Gariahat Branch, Kolkata is located adjacent to City Mart departmental store. Disha is very dependable eye treatment center in West Bengal. Treatment cost is reasonable compared to other eye hospitals of similar standard. Appointment is a must here except for critical cases like sudden loss of vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good eye hospital with many optical surgery and facilities at moderate price. It on the 4th floor and have a elevator facility. It opens from 8 am, though the doctors arrive after 9am approx. The place is provided with adequate chairs, fans and centralized AC. I specially liked the system in which tgey operate. It's quick and effective. There's different cash counters, receptions, eye exam, pharmacy and spectacles counter. Also the people who work here are very much helpful and well mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed , the staffs and doctors are pretty good ? . very clean environment .
Specially i like the walls photos that posted with some quote/information . its 5-7 minutes walking path from Ballygunge railway station . 5th floor of city math building . for smooth experience please book few days ago via disa's web portal or you can book over phone call , you will get a booking id and don't forget to mention your PID if you previously visited . Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst eye care your eyes can get! Doctors operate cataracts without proper tests which results in retina damages and loss of vision. Stay clear of Disha. The Behala Disha is even worser, stay away from them if you want to save your eyes.

1. First of all there is no emergency dept. Still they are charging money for emergency bill.
2. They are allowing patients as per billing time. That means those patients who has to go through test and all can will be entering before the patients who is already waiting in the queue. Similarly like me. My queue is getting long and longer as the patients are entering in between when ever they want.
3. There is no management. No manager . Not a single authorised person who can solve the problems of the patient .
4. If u have any problem you have to call the help line no. Or mail them . Where as I call them and also mailed them. But didn’t got any reply from them.
5. I am a healthcare worker myself. I am young and I had to wait for the queue and I could , But what about the old people ??
I seriously wonder and I am shocked to see how a hospital runs without any management???
