"DISHA ME FLAT KHARID KE MERI TO DASHA BIGAD GAYI HAI." Think 1000 times before purchasing flat from disha group so called trusted builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience With This Group, At The Time Of Booking So Many Advantages, Amenities Are Shown On Brochure But Not Yet Available After Five Years, No Corporation Sufficient Water, Neither 7/12 Of Property, Very Worst Response After Booking, Area Mention At The Time Of Booking Time Is Not Mention At The Time Of Registery, No Backup, Poor Construction Quality, Take Proper Writeen Proposal Before Booking, I Don't Suggest To Buy Property From This Group Minus Star Rating Given.

I won't recommend to buy anything from Disha group.. within 1 year of completion lot quality issues like cracks in wall, swelling of the doors. Not fulfilling the given commitments to the flat owners. No ample water supply. Worst builder.. recommending zero star...

They acknowledge your complaints rather never pick up your phones once money is paid fully. I am repenting on my decision to buy flat from disha. I wish i should have chosen Kasaliwal types of good builder..
