★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible courier service. Atul is the worst person when it comes to customer services. He is full of lies. We gave him 4 boxes to ship to USA in early May and we still haven’t received anything. He doesn’t pick up the phone call nor he replies to msg. We are taking legal action against him. Please do not go there.

Mr Atul(owner) has taken my order of Rs.28,000(material value is not considered) for canada since more than a month and still he is unable to even track the exact status of the parcel!! While it was promised to deliver it within 15days. Untill I make regular reminders and calls, he does not even care to reply. Waiting for some sincere action from him else have to proceed legally.

1. Parcel sent to Toronto from Ahmedabad was committed to reach in 10 days. But, IT TOOK 28 DAYS to reach.
2. The party had to go to courier office at their time.
3. Everytime you inquire, a new lie is always there with them.
4. I did not raise the point even when there was a 6 kg difference in weight, with a hope of good service.
In short, DO NOT TRY THIS PEOPLE EVEN IF THEY SEND YOUR PARCEL IN FREE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for Disha even if it's free. Very poor and pathetic service. The parcel to Edmonton, reached after 30 days instead of promised 5 days. The consignee paid 65 dollar fine due to non provision of invoice by Disha. They do not guide or cooperate.
