★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Disha Broadband, most stable and highly recommended and affordable broadband service in Balasore!!!! Due to work from home situation, we were really struggling with mobile data as there was no broadband service at least within 3 km radius of my village in Balasore. When I discussed my issue with Anant from Disha broadband, he immediately offered his help to extend the fiber to my house which was at least 2.5 to 3 kms long. A very tedious job but was done seamlessly much before his commitment date. I am really very thankful to Anant for his professionalism and commitment for this. The service has been 100% uptime without any sort of disruption/outage even with such heavy thunderstorms and rainfall which are very frequent in the area. Another recent incident , one evening while I was away in the evening and had switched off my router, I immediately got a call from Anant informing me that my service was not showing up. It was just that I had switched off my router, and he continue to follow up with me till I reached home and switched it back on, just to make sure that there was no outage from their end. Such is the level of superb proactive service from Disha broadband. To be honest I have not seen this kind of stable service in Bangalore as well. Thanks again Anant and Disha Broadband.
