★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One place where when I entered, I was an emotional wreck, hell lot of baggage, spent couple of months with Rashna mam in therapy and I walked out as someone who had clarity in the moment, Rashna mam is someone who knew what she was doing and I keep using her tools in my day to day life, I think I am a little better than who I was couple of years back. This little woman have given me a new life for which I will be forever indebted to her..she hears you so patiently .I remember at the beginning of sessions, I was too frightened to speakup..she allowed me to write the things and share..she has so much patience. She genuinely cares for the patient make sure you are completely satisfied with their services. Disha is a wonderful place with positive vibes..you start feeling good as u step inside disha.she makes things simplify and profides u practically effective solutions for the same.

We were hesitant at first, because somewhere deep inside our mind, we perhaps had concluded that our marriage is over and the counselling would be waste of money. Still we gave a final effort and went to her. I am just surprised at how the therapy transformed the communication, behaviour and attitude between me and my wife. We have gained back our joy, our bonding and love as if a big rock has been left from our marriage by the counsellor. Thank you, ma’am, for your support and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is very much judgmental and opinionated. She didn't understand what I really need and how that can be improve. Instead she was critical about my behavior and thoughts. I will not recommend her to others.
Note: Understanding others before treating them is an essential thing any treatment. If you will not understand others and give them directions or medications, that will further deteriorate situation for others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disha To Life is an amazing organisation with a team of brilliant therapists. My therapist is Rashna and I have no words to describe how excellent she is at her job. I had had a couple of poor experiences prior to speaking with her, so I knew from our very first conversation that I was going ahead with her. She is warm, tender, non judgemental, non-preachy, to name a few of the many qualities of her. And these are majorly what I was looking for in a therapist. I thank my stars to have found her. I highly recommend Disha To Life. I don't think there's anyone in MP to match their prowess.
