★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is everything good like staff and other supporting staff except Dr. JYOTI. She doesn't have manner and basic etiquette to talk to patients and is slacker. Most of the patients have been facing her rude behavior everyday and Everyone abuses her because of her pathetic nature and ill behavior towards others and including hospital staff . I have also faced her ill behavior many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, hundred coupns alloted in the morning for covid test out of which 50% test had done however the civil defence team still took the same time because they just wanted to pass their time in entry to count his full day duty. Permanant management of dispensary handover the complet Operations into Civil Defence hand who doesn't know about Hospital management. Disgusting and very poor experience

2 stars are missing due to some Doctor's casual approach for patients and ill management.
I went there with my Wife during her 6 month of pregnancy, here is the detailed feedback and observations of my 1st visit.
1. Homeopathic, Allopathic and Ayurvedic treatment with medicines are available.
2. Aaganbadi facilities are available
too.
3. They ask to create card, which is just a piece of paper from a notebook with delhi gov stamp, seems there is huge shortage of simple medical cards.
4. Aganbadi staffs are somehow cooperative too, but I don't know why they are ignoring door to door approach even after registration, that's why aaganbadi is know for..
5. Homeopathic and Ayurvedic doctors are quite responsive and sounds professional.
6. No shortage of medicine, no such rush the way we assume for government hospitals and dispensaries.
Now comes the filthy part.
Lady gyno doctor sitting at cabin 101, sounds very causal and low on energy, her approach of doing her job is like she is doing favour and charity.
Her intentions was to avoid admitting patients to government hospitals for delivery.
You can judge by listening to her queries like - do you have medical insurance ? If you have normally people avoid delivery at government hospitals.
In context - Delhi Health Minster should do audits in there hospitals, especially on doctors and management under hospital premises.
Medicine, Doctors and Premises available with satisfactory facilities but what if you doctors don't have intentions the way you thought of.
