★ ★ ★ ★ ★ भोपाल से करीब 50 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित रायसेन किले के बारे में। कहा जाता है कि इस किले में पारस पत्थर है, जिसकी रखवाली जिन्न करते हैं।1200 ईस्वी में निर्मित यह किला रायसेन, मध्य प्रदेश का एक प्रमुख आकर्षण है। पहाड़ी की चोटी पर इस किले के निर्माण के बाद रायसेन को इसकी पहचान बलुआ पत्थर से बना हुआ ये किला प्राचीन वास्तुकला एवं गुणवत्ता का एक अद्भुत प्रमाण है जो इतनी शताब्दियां बीत जाने पर भी शान से खड़ा हुआ है। इसी किले में दुनिया का सबसे पुराना वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम है। इस किले पर शेरशाह सूरी ने भी शासन किया था। कहा जाता है यहां के राजा के पास पारस पत्थर था, जिसे किसी भी चीज को छुलाभर देने से वह सोना (GOLD) हो जाती थी। कहा जाता है कि इसी पारस पत्थर के लिए कई युद्ध भी हुए, जब यहां के राजा राजसेन हार गए तो उन्होंने पारस पत्थर को किले पर ही स्थित एक तालाब में फेंक दिया।
 About Raisen Fort, located about 50 km from Bhopal. It is said that this fort has Paras stone, which is guarded by the Jinn. This fort, built in 1200 AD, is a major attraction of Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. After the construction of this fort at the top of the hill, Raisen's identity made of sandstone, this fort is a wonderful proof of ancient architecture and quality which has stood up gracefully even after so many centuries. This fort has the oldest water harvesting system in the world. This fort was also ruled by Sher Shah Suri. It is said that the king here had a philosopher's stone, which made him gold (GOLD) by touching any thing. It is said that many wars were also fought for this Paras stone, when Rajsen lost here, he threw the Paras stone in a pond situated on the fort itself.
