You have to get proper documents for obtaining caste validity certificate, there is no option for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give it no star but there's no option for it I hope google add it asap, very bad service here, staffs communication is very bad and rude. I almost traveled nearly 9-10 times for my work but they don't care they only want 1 document that is not with us (proof of before 1950's) though instead of giving more than the required one's. Never visiting this office again in lifetime.

Monday to Friday 10 am to 4:45 pm or 5 pm
Saturday ( Half Day) 10am to 1pm may be or 10 am to 12 30pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very simple process but the documents you need to fill up are the trouble , you have to get many documents such as the applicants caste certificate applicants father grandfather's caste certificate school leaving etc I've posted the photo of the documents needed do check the availability of the documents Xerox and the original ones. You have to fill an online application which is easily available if you search on Google then you've got to print the application and make one affidavit of the forms given and you've got to submit it with the documents needed on your alloted District Caste Certificate Office and they'll guide you with the further procedure. The Matunga office address given is not so accurate and the Google Maps also show you some other location .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was bad experience with nagari suvidha kendra.! I've to travel like for 2 hours like 4/5 times and still not getting work done. They are not even providing telephone number and asking to visit personally during this corona virus scenario. Still here are some documents may help others.
