★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service, very difficult to find nurse at night every time we need to approach them coz they all sleeps at night in there cabin they are not borther about the patient. Services are gone down even doctors are also not much active. If I talk about cleanliness it’s worst washrooms is not clean since the the hospital is being build it seems. You can truly feel that this is a real government place. I was here for two days with my father all the patient were suffering and most of the patient were very serious just to be honest nurses are least borther. I personally suggest that somebody from this organization should look into this and also should take an audit at lest in a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees of this hospital are just like the employees of SBI, arrogant, disrespectful, sitting with full of egos, the staff of the office department are more disgusting, even they are public workers and they have to work for the public only but they are enjoying saying this things are not possible today please come tomorrow and when we went there tomorrow they casually said not possible today come after 2 days.. Fed off of this government service people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only three stars for it.The only government hospital in the town. One can only be free from the diseases by Rs.2. The govt have a fair medicine shop near the hospital, so if hospital feels unable to provide some medicines from the authority, patients could prefer the fair shop. The hospital had a better facility in recent times but isn't that good as public are forced to visit siliguri for ECG and so on. Floors are kept neat and clean but the toilets are damn dirty with a broken pipes, unwashed floor etc. Most doctors are highly experienced and helpful and nurses can be available almost all the time. An ATM can also be available near the hospital so that the people would be benefited. The hospital also provides ambulance and diet facilities.
