★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is District Treasury Office, Darbhanga situated within the premises of Collectorate. It has got it's own building in the premises Northwest corner behind Ambedkar Meeting Hall. Public counters is on South side and employees entrance from North. It has well lit interiors. Drinking water, washroom etc are situated near North entrance. It's controlled by State Department of Finance, Government of Bihar and supervised by District Magistrate/ District Collector. It acts as check and balance node for all government payment related to all departments including even salaries, pensions etc. pass thorough here.
