โ โ โ โ โ My Father and Uncle wanted to sell a factory plot in Gujarat and they wanted to avoid any future legal disputes.
I spoke to Dr Pallavi Divekar of Divekar and Co. and connected them to her. I found Dr Pallavi very approachable and responsive. She spoke with the buyer's lawyer based in Gujarat and understood the details and gave her suggestions.
When my Father requested her for her fees/charges for the same, she politely refused. She told that she believes in building relationships rather than charging for such trivial work.
I believe no work is trivial, but this shows she is such a kind and helpful person.
I will definitely recommend and refer her to my contacts.

โ โ โ โ โ This feedback will find you little lengthy but this will give you an overall picture about my one day experience with Divekar co. Advocates and solicitors
An assignment given by our college (Sandesh College of Law) for a day where we need to visit a solicitor firm and complete the task.
I called up Divekars & Co. Advocates and solicitors firm and talked about my assignment. I was asked to come to the office to understand more about it. I did not know it was Divekar sir with whom I spoke at that time. I went to meet him as decided and to my surprise it was firms owner 'Divekar sir'.
A prominent and charismatic personality, very much humble and down to the earth. He listened to my requirement and checked with one of his advocate the date on which they have maximum number of court appearances/hearing in that week and in no time asked me to join on that day.
It was quite happy moment for me because before approaching Divekars solicitors firm I had approached couple of more firms and they were trying to evade (though I did not troubled them by calling them again and again) and this clearly shows the helpful nature of Divekar sir.
Visit to a court was quite exhausting exercise on that day but the advocates working their have quite professional approach (Especially Chaitanya Sir), they helped me in understanding minute things like what are annexure, exhibit (Rohan sir). What are primary and secondary evidences under section 62 and 63 of Evidence act (Chaitanya Sir).
The kind of culture sir has developed gives a family touch to all the professionals. Especially, Aajji (Grandmother of Sir) when she ask you เคเคธเคพ เคเคนเฅเคธ เคคเฅ ? เคเคพเคจ เคตเคพเคเคฒเค เคจเคพ เคเคฎเคเฅเคฏเคพ เคเคฅเฅ :-) ( How are you, hope you like and enjoyed working here). I was so glad to meet Aajji, her presence was like a motherly touch.
I would like to express my gratitude towards Divekar sir, Rohan Sir, Chaitanya Sir and last but not least Kalyani Mam. Thank you so much guys, this one day was a lot for me.
