They got the colour wrong, I had asked for a dark, chocolate colour - they got that wrong
I had asked for light colouring - they got it wrong
They burnt my hair
The pictures are after first wash, the hair is burnt, I had gotten it cut just before the colour to leave my dry ends out
Hair ruined for next 1 -1.5 years
