Kapil Kumar Bhaskar has been on a spiritual journey for more than two decades. In his own words the experiences he underwent during his sojourn shaped him into becoming what he is today.

The decision to write a book was prompted by the advice of the author’s friends, who insisted he writes a book when he faced deep grief and was getting into depression, as a result of the death of the author’s sadhguru—(the real master of the author).Much insight can be derived from the words of the author, with respect to the learning and communication he had with his sadhguru. He explains how to identify a true Master amongst a bunch of fake masters.

The author’s childhood was fraught with academic challenges, which he later realised had been due to mild dyslexia, but he overcame all his challenges, and can now be regarded as a clear example of one who was able to overcome the obstacles and limitations of life, in order to achieve the success so desired.

The author who had started his career with just Rs. 600 in his pocket, went on to become the owner of a garment factory due to his dedication and hard work, despite many challenges of building his business from a sick unit. He retired at the age of 40, just as he had earlier planned when he was 28 years old; and donned the role of a mentor, a counsellor and a prolific writer.

His spiritual life too was marked with many challenges and obstacles. From an early childhood, he had many paranormal experiences which made him turn to the spiritual path. However, in this path also, he was cheated and betrayed by his own masters for their hidden motives.

The author vividly recalls his communication with his sadhguru, which he painstakingly added to the contents of this book, just as he considers the instructions received as invaluable.

The author, who is known as a mentor with a difference, has reached out to many people, both within and outside the country, through direct interactions, and famous writings that are printed in various acclaimed magazines.The book is a product of the author’s interest that shifted towards spiritualism, despite the success he encountered in other areas of his life.

Being a full time counsellor and spiritual mentor, coupled with profound divine encountersexperienced as a child, the author is able to share useful knowledge, not from the study of books, but from his experiences of twenty years. Such experiences include; a visit by the sadhguru of the author when he was ill at the hospital and close to death. The visit marked a turning point towards his recovery.

The author is of the opinion that helpless people should be assisted without getting them trapped in spiritual and religious dogmas. The approach towards spirituality as contained in the book, is one that debunks myths and conditioned beliefs that are propounded by self-proclaimed guardians of orthodoxy, without having much positive impact on humanity.

The stories in the book are meant to keep one hooked to the end, and desiring for more.
