★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place and the area is real good but the behaviour of the care taker killed the beauty of the spot. There was water logging due rains (which is understandable ) but the downpour stopped 4 days prior to the picnic and the grounds were still water logged.We asked the care taker to help dry the spot but he was least concerned.He was impolite rather rude and non cooperative....the fare of the spot was way to high for the service provided. Initially it was said that the whole spot was provided for the amount charged...however later on the day of the picnic most of the facilities were not allowed to be used. Moreover the place was not cleaned and the walls and doors not mended.toilets were not cleaned as promised.The door to the 1st floor entrance was broken and the staff tried to charge extra for the already broken door. There were infinite reasons to be unhappy . The place was not worthy for a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and ambience. Well maintained and hygienic. This place can be hired for wedding occasions too. Transportation is a bit odd but easy if you own private vehicles.
