If you have any medical insurance, then please don't visit this hospital because neither they understand the process of how employers process the medical claim nor they want to understand. In every dimension of documentation they have issues. Duento their worst paper work there are almost 100% chance that your medical insurance claim will reject.

Staff is under skilled.
No ventilation in room.
Room was full of mosquitoes.
Worst paper work.
No name of doctor on medical bills.
No doctor's registration number on the medical bills.
No printed hospital bill.
No signature and seal on discharge summary.
Avoid this hospital if you have any medical insurance.
