Worst experience ever.
We gave our 8 Specimens For UTM testing. Required specimen length was 240 mm for SS304 and they did machining for 3 of them and 5 were taken 300 mm so they broken up outside the weld.(Irony is, they told us on phone that machining will take take sone time as machine is not working, that's why it took one more day.) Their stupidity is not overed yet, they mentioned as all are BOW (brake outside the weld) while perfectly made specimen were broken at weld. Now they gave us extra 30% total 40% discount and for that the Bill was not given, now we have report and specimen but no bill. Most importantly our whole project goes in vain.

The most important thing is weld was made by professional welder,(good to clarify otherwise they'll also blame that we don't know how to do welding and try to defend themselves).
Hope they go in debt ASAP. Not recommended at all.
And don't worry there are many PROFESSIONALS who will do this testing in much lower cost with the great loyalty, in Ahmedabad.
