★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered Lamafera kit on 24th Jan. for Sonipat from Gitu ji. I paid her advance money but till date I haven’t received the parcel.
I am following up with her continuously.
Firstly it was couriered through Triupati courier on 29th after reminding her that the client has not received the parcel.
Then after so many reminder she shared the details which was shown that it was rehandover to Gituji as they don’t deliver it in Sonipat. Then she sent it with speed post. I told her many a times that client was annoyed as she has paid in advance and not received the parcel. But she denied the fact and keep telling me that it’s on the way and client will received.
Then I told her please return the money as my client has not interested to buy from me.
She told me that she will return money only once she received her parcel back.
This is purely unethical when we paid her advance trusting her words. She is not ready to return the money and till today she sent that the parcel has been delivered which is completely wrong.
She said I have courier the stuff and now it’s not her responsibility to track that parcel it is client responsibility to find out where is the parcel.
I mean how can be people do such thing.
She is a healer here to help mankind.
But she doesn’t trust anyone then no point telling herself a healer.
Please be cautious before ordering anything. Buy anything if u take the responsibility because she will charge and not responsible after courier.
