★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got smoothening done on my hair from this salon 4 days ago. Initially it looked fine except for a few high heat burning sensations on my scalp from the ironing rod. Next day I noticed patches of my hair missing from a few places on my scalp. The missing patches continue to increase after that. When I complained about this to the salon lady/manager on 3rd day of the service, she brushed me off by saying that it's because of your hairfall and not our fault. When I tried to prove that it wasn't hairfall but weakened hair that were falling off after intense burning, she started blaming me for not taking care of my hair and tried to sell me more services for strengthening my hair.
I had a good volume of hair but now just 4 days after their service, the volume has become half of what it was earlier.

When I try to complain to its owner even they didn't give me his no to talk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. They manipulate the customer. I visited the salon and asked charges. After 3-4 days i visited to avail that services and they said sorry charges for that time only. Now you have to pay addition 2k for availing the service. Behavior of staff very bad. I wasted my time and energy. Pls don't try to take service from there to save cost and time and avoid unnecessary argument.
