★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic service. load shedding occurs very frequently. I highly doubt if the employees are capable enough for doing anything other than cutting the power. No one's to protest this, No one's there to speak up. This is the service quality of this pathetic PSU. I just wish there was some other Electric Board in this area, everyone would have kicked out WBSEDCL from their house.

Never receive customer call.
Frequent power cut and low voltage is daily issue.
For Thunderstorm , Power Cut for 2/3 hours.
For little bit rain , Power Cut for 3/4 hours.
For Rain with heavy wind , power Cut for 12/15 hours.
