★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. is not good Primary focus is just money. You'll have to wait for the doctor, even after taking an appointment, coming at the time they ask and taking a token. The doctor is least interested to hear you out. Just wants to make you leave his cabin within 1 minute.

Using one equipment for both mouth and nose
No sterilization
Giving steroids for even small problem
Heavy medication prescription without seeking and understanding patients previous disease history. Unsatisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very Cooperative... very good does not differentiate between poor and rich patients the OT staff is very good. the hospital is best...they are very strict regarding anybody entering the OT....to prevent infection to spread....good luck!!!

Dr. Sp Dubey is a superb doctor, though his staff is the worst as compared to other clinics.
Absolutely no customer service and on the top of that staff is rude especially OPD.
I would not recommend this clinic at all due to horrible staff.
On the other hand when I wanted to make a complaint and requested more training to staff to enhance their skills and customer service, the senior consultant wouldn’t provide me with any answer nor she would give any details of the staff who misbehaved and tried to hide them behind curtains. Upon asking what would be the next steps of this complaint the senior consultant said “ i am the owner of this hospital “
Wow, instead of apologies for such behaviour she was being arrogant and wanted to show off that she is the owner ! What an excuse !
She also insisted that I was screaming, totally wrong ! I was being respectful and did appreciated the manager who helped us in the situation.
In the first visit I could overhear this so called hospital owner scolding one of her staff for giving wrong injection to a patient and put her off duty.
My wife and I could hear her saying “ the patient could die due to wrong injection (negligence) given and I won’t take any responsibility and you will end ip in jail. Wish I could report this to media.
Be aware everyone !! Be vigilant while you go this clinic.

Guys just check my review date and time and see the positive reviews popping up straight after my honest review. This shows the true mentality of how this lady wants to promote her clinic with fake profiles. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting doctor since last six years now. I was referred to him by Mrs. Tulika Mishra. I landed his hospital with an emergency and I had a bleeding nose which kept on bleeding profusely and when I started my treatment I was happy with my results as he gave valuable advice and helped me through the process of recovery. He has state of the art equipment and it is a very professional clinic. He does not waste time on crass questions and comes straight to the point and is quick in identifying the problems and offers effect health recovery solutions. His prescription of medicines is effective however medicines must be taken religiously if you want an effective cure.
It is close to my home and very convenient for me. I have taken my kids as well and feel he is good both with kids and adults.
