Super Slow Service and 0 Customer Satisfaction..
My spectacle's left lens was broken. On 21st Dec'19 at around 7PM I went to this shop to get it repaired. I asked the person to use the same or similar quality glass which is used in the right lens. He seems to understand and asked to get it ready by tomorrow.
Next day at 4 PM I called this person and he asked to collect it in next two hours. When I said I have already given more then 15 hours, he said sir 30 mins. I said I was going near by so wanted to collect it, he said 15 mins sir.. ap aa jao. I was not able to collect on the same day.
Next day at 10:30 I called him to check if shop is open, he said yes it is. While going to office I parked my car outside his shop to collect my spectacle but it was not ready he took another 2 mins to clean it. I asked to give me it inside box but instead he packed it in polythene. I was in hurry didn't checked spectacle in shop and traffic on the road doesn't want me to wait and check. Trusting on his work, I collected the spectacle and moved out of the shop without checking it. This was the biggest mistake, the lens he used was far more thicker then the right one even though the difference between the power of both lens are just .3, the spectacle was very loose. It kept on slipping from my nose. After sitting in the car I realied this miss, I called Divya Opticals and that person was RUDE.
Sir, Mujhe kya pta app ye fit aaye ga ya nahi.
I wanted to say this abbe gadhe ye itni dheela hai k kisi ko fit nhi aaye ga...
But I didn't want to ruin my day.
I wish I could give 0 rating to his shop, Service and behavior.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service. Don't go. Worst quality Lenses and Frames. Selling china product at high price. Better go for Lenskart or other good opticals.
