★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items available for sale are mostly baking related. Quality of the products are unquestionable. But Behaviour of each and every staff is so much rude that I'll never visit the store again. Price of few products are pretty high too. I suggest the customers to visit other stores for the items, there are too many available nearby as well as in New Market, Khanna etc. This store should be the last option for the customers to buy products from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st let me tell you about the behavior of the owner and staff..they treat the customers really badly, over price there is no discount even if you buy lots of goods. They are very greedy. They sell damage goods. Guys there is a really nice shop in saltlake bj block you can check. They offer you discounts and the prices are really good.
And to owners you guys really need to learn how to behave with your clients afterall your are earning comes from them.

Sorry i can't reply to your conversation. But to let you know, customer may not know each and everything, as everyone is not professional bakers. Had it been any grocery items or any other items which I am familiar with, you doesn't even needed to ask me which one I would require. Customer will definitely ask about the product and how to use, and also there is no Self service guide available at your shop to know about the product details. Unfortunately I am also associated with a shop, and my father and me has to do the same.
Yes I forgot to carry and it's my fault. And I did not try to contact you because, you are not responsible for if I buy something and forget to carry the same.
But, as I said your shop has lots of thing, for Cakes and bakes. And will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection of materials was definitely unquestionable. We found almost everything that we went to buy, and the prices of products were also reasonable.
But just as a lot of other reviews have stated, the staff's behaviour with its customers is extremely unprofessional and rude, bordering on demeaning. The way they behave with their customers is like they expect their customers to know the A to Z of baking, and like they're doing them a huge favour by keeping the store open.
The great variety of things available and reasonable prices is easily overshadowed by their impolite behaviour. Really hope they improve over time. Otherwise, there is not much hope for them to gain a good reputation, and people would definitely move to alternate stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the most pathetic lady owner i have ever come across..inspite of reviews about her rude behaviour on social platforms, i visited her Shop and the experience turned out to be a bitter one. The owner it seems is a mentally unstable character and need to show a pshycatirist at the earliest. Me and my husband were discussing bout her attitude problem amongst ourselves and somehow she had her ears open to our conversation. As customer we can discuss on any issues and we didnt ask her to listen to what we are speaking. Yet she started charging us that we are been rough to her and used foul Language. Finally we had to return the goods we had purchased from her and had to come back with a nasty experience. I would request everyone to be careful while dealing with this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shop looks good with quite a good stock available, but the owner of this shop is an immatured, foul mouthed rude lady. After a harrowing experience with her, I personally enquired about her at my relatives complex who resides in Avani complex.. and I wasn't surprised by the reviews I got there against this lady owner.. have never come across such I'll mannered rude and foul mouthed shopkeeper ever in my life.. May God give her enuf sense and brains , may God bless her
