I was searching for a good yoga class for a very long time since I have multiple body issues, I wanted someone who understands my body and then help me out. And I am glad I found Ms. Archana.
She guides you individually, it does not feel like a group class at all, she is very positive person. You will always feel motivated and happy around her.
Also even if you have a sustained injury it is taken care of and the asana’s will be customised for you according to your body’s demand.
