But patient get prescription more than 30 from doctor cabin.
Staff doing Partiality in numbering./cheating in numbering.
Worst clinic I seen ever
doctor is nice but staff are worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am trying to book an appointment with dr vivek jain from last three days but not able to because as per receptionist appointment will be booked on call from 10.00Am to 11.00Am in morning but when you try call them then number is busy busy continuously and i am trying contacting them from last 3 days but not able to book appointment not even on whats app they book appointments
finally as it was urgent so went to clinic for appointment booking but they denied and said appointment booked on call.
its pathetic experience. if i get contact no of doctor i would complain directly and moreover they are not allowing patient to enter clinic without appointment.
its pathetic. its doctor clinic and they are doing such and making patient irritated and he is not only doctor we have other doctors as well so no issue ....worst management...taking advantage of patients... if doctor reads my comment then please take necessary action .

Your chances of winning a lottery is much higher than getting an appointment with dr Vivek Jain.
Third class doctor
The only way to get an appointment is by phone which you will never be able to connect before 12 PM. After 12 PM, you will be told to try again another day.
The medical assistant is very rude and does not know how to talk to the patients or the customer.
After trying for a week , we found an another doctor, who atleast have a better system to manage people and appointment and probably treatment.
I would not recommend consulting the doctors here as if you start a treatment here , the chances that you will get a follow up is close to zero. There are better places and more doctors in the city to save yourself for such an experience.
All this when you pay for the service ?

Pros - undoubtedly Dr. Vivek Jain is an outstanding doctor as he had revived my mother from Psoriasis.
Cons - I had very bad experience from today's visit (18-April-2022), I had booked the appointment for 01:30 pm but was only consulted after waiting for 2 hours that too after booking appointment (here NO USE of appointment).
Well, Dr. Vivek consulted my mother well but my mother was hesitant to show the body part of affected area to doctor, so he referred to Dr. Archana to above floor. We had went there, wait for another 30 mins (It's after already spending 2 hrs. at clinic) She was such an ARROGANT doctor she didn't gave a damn to OUR TIME & asked us to wait for another 2 hours for NO LOGIC.
In nutshell, doctors have good knowledge but it's SUPER COSTLY treatment & HAS NO VALUE of PATIENT TIME (Felt like there is no other doctor in this world), PATHETIC way to manage the patients. Sorry, even if you have very good knowledge of your profession but then also you can't loot people & WASTE PATIENTS time.
