They do not deliver on promise, not professional and poor value. My flat in there row project was delayed by 3 years. They keep extending time each month without regards for your time and value.

Horrible customer experience . My ROW flat is not handed over after 8 years of buying . After continuous follow up also leakage not being solved and damp being there in the apartment . Its really frustrating to deal with them. Would have given a zero if possible

Worst Experience dealing with Divyasree developers ! My Unit is Delayed by more than 4 months in Republic of Whitefield. The project is still incomplete but being sold as "Ready to move in" for past 1-1.5 years. Dont buy house from Divyasree. After they take 90% of payment, they will keep postponing the unit completion date by 1 month each time. Unethical, manipulative, management, at least those that are within purview of my dealings so far.

Worst service, all contractors be careful from Mr. V Hegde, he will delay and cut ur payment. Also employees get salary late. Please think once before buying house here as they use cheap material to build house. All low quality. To save money. They need only profit from others.
