★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst journey I ever had with Diwakar travellers ... Every thing was good with bus and facilities. I have travelled to Bhubaneswar from Hyderabad by Diwakar travellers.. For dinner driver stopped at a restaurant (worst I have ever seen) abhinanad Hamsa(didn't remember exactly bus similar to this) besides HP fuel station. For this restaurant driver crossed the road(restaurant was located at opposite route ) and took us to almost 500mtrs back.. I don't know how that restaurant looked soo good to the driver take all the passengers for dinner.. literally dump yard wold smells good than that hotel.. charges double than MRP.. and even don't give a bill .. seriously .. I asked driver the reason for taking us to this restaurant, he said nothing ,now it's clear that the driver has some deal with this restaurant ... Such a worst experience with this restaurant ,driver and Diwakar travellers... Never wish to travel with Diwakar travellers in this route again in future ... 0 rating to driver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses arrive at a different location and the travel office is away from the boarding point. The staff arranged for a commute in auto which was very considerate. The pick up time is entirely different from the printed details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review was not only for diwakar travels, it was for jbt travels also. I'll brief my issue and loss here.
I have booked tickets in railyatri app with jbt travels. Before booking it shows the arrival time as 4: 15 AM and after booking procedure completes and downloaded ticket. In that ticket they mentioned the arrival time as 9:45 AM. That's not a small difference of time. I have called them before booking and after booking. Diwakar travels was the agent of jbt travels and the response was not satisfied. They've told me, this was not related to us, even we don't know that jbt travels buses are traveling or not? If you agents are not sure why you're posting your numbers? While searching jbt travels even a mobile or landline number also not available. Diwakar travels agent told we're not responsible for this. I lost above 2K amount. Before this with any travels there's no issue in railyatri app.
